Rise in COVID cases: when is it advisable to use a mask again, according to experts....Many of the infections are caused by the new coronavirus variant called JN.1 , which has spread rapidly around the world in recent weeks. “I think there is no doubt that it is helping to drive, quite substantially, this winter wave,” Katelyn Jetelina, a public health expert, told the New York Times. Today, this variant accounts for nearly half of all COVID-19 cases in the United States, nearly six times the prevalence just a month ago.

Meanwhile, in Argentina the summer and the greater time of exposure to the outdoors and open spaces means that the rise in cases is not as abrupt as in the global north, but there is still an incipient increase in infections. However, as temperatures increase, the use of air conditioning becomes a barrier to the proper ventilation of environments, thereby increasing the chances of infections increasing....Now, in different regions of Argentina, variable increases in COVID-19 cases are being experienced. For example, in the City of Buenos Aires cases went from 7 to 17 between the second half of December and the first week of January (143% more). While in the Province of Buenos Aires, those affected increased from 15 to 35 (133%). On the other hand, in Tucumán, infections increased from 21 to 97 weekly (an increase of 361%), and in Jujuy, from 7 to 23 (228%).....

At this stage, after the virus having mutated to something more contagious and less dangerous, it's unlikely anything serious will happen to her.

Prepare yourself for when she recovers, when she'll impress on everyone that she beat COVID, she didn't need a vaccine, her immune system was strong enough, and more convinced than ever that it was all a scam

It's basically dancing on the graves of those who died in 2020 when we didn't have vaccines, and spitting in the faces of the families of the victims of the virus just because they're alive and they can.

I went to the local SESAC place near me today. I got the Moderna vaccine after waiting for about 5 minutes.
No side effects so far.
