25th mediodia restaurants?

I've just been told that we're spending the 25th with my father-in-law -- there's just 3 of us so we're thinking maybe we should head out for lunch instead of cooking -- does anyone know what the deal is for the 25th at midday -- will places be open? should we book ahead? any recommends for a parilla or something? We're definitely not looking to spend 200 pesos a head...

Needless to say mid-day on the 25th, as opposed to after 6pm, is a tough call. For a few years I've gone to El Establo, a parilla with an extensive menu, corner of San Martin and Paraguay on the 24th and 25th. Call, of course, for hours of op. Kansas might be anothe possibility.
