Great concise list of the 50 best coffee shops of Latin America . The best one is suprisingly in La Paz Bolivia . The second best is in Buenos Aires a place called Negro Cueva de Cafe on Suipacha 600 Centro . I did not know of this place any members been there ?

I've been there. It's a pretty nice cafe, above average coffee. I don't think I'd say it's in my top 3 in Buenos Aires though. I prefer Lab, Habito Cafe, Cuervo Cafe, Vive Cafe, Full City.
