Just an interesting article I found.

The internet chapter of the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement, a secret international copyright treaty whose text Obama's administration refused to disclose due to "national security" concerns, has leaked. Major part of it deals with copyright issues such as illegal music/software downloads, but there are some interesting implications for all internet users. For example, ISPs will have to remove content that is accused of copyright violation without any proof of actual violation, they will also have to "terminate subscribers in appropriate circumstances". So, apparently, ISPs will be policing internet usage.
