Acting together to change new rentista visa rules

Hi

We are a group of french staying here with rentista visas.. We contacted the french embassy to obtain that they contact the director of immigration to try :
. if possible to reduce the 8000 pesos requirement to a lower level (increasement limited for example at inflation level)
. if not possible, to keep at 2500 pesos level or a bit more the requirements for people already leaving here before July 29thwith rentista visas and who have only to renew it

If residents of other countries contact their embassy or consulate, it would surely help if all countries intervene to obtain some changes or amelioration of the situation..

Are you also hoping to get migraciones to apply the new, previous, or previous-inflation-adjusted income requirement for renewals for the individual resident and his/her dependents, rather than to each and every applicant (as the new requirement might)?

They can´t do that because is against the decreto 616/2010 and a decreto is a President order.

But an amparo can keep things in the old way.

I have to go to Court now, I continue later.
