We are a fast-growing international education organization in Buenos Aires, Argentina that offers Spanish language immersion programs. We currently have an opening to join our team as an Admissions Advisor, a full-time role based out of our Buenos Aires office. Please only contact us if you are currently living in Buenos Aires as interviews will be conducted exclusively here in the city.

As we are a company that is continuously expanding, we are constantly on the lookout for highly motivated, pro-active, experienced people to add to our ever growing team. We are looking for someone who is a quick learner and multitasker, and has experience working in customer service with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

* Advise prospective students about our programs with the aim of converting them to students.
* Help the student through the registration process, by generating invoices and coordinating payments.
* Process all student registrations in a timely manner, coordinating with other school departments.
* Develop a good working relationship and liaise on a regular basis with travel agents, university officials, parents and any other intermediaries.
* Complete accounting and sales reports on a monthly basis.
* Assist other departments when necessary with student services, housing, academics and activities.

Qualifications

* Languages: English (Preferably native speaker), Spanish (advanced level as we are a Spanish-speaking office), and knowledge of other languages is a plus
* Education: University degree required
* Good knowledge of and a familiarity with Buenos Aires
* Minimum ONE YEAR stay in Argentina
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience working or studying abroad is a plus
