Advance Care Directive

What a cheerful subject for a maiden post! Well, as it says up there, I would like to know if there is anything like the UK advance care directive available in BsAs? For those who don't know, it's a legal framework to ensure clinicians do - or most probably don't do - what you intend when your medical state makes you incapable of speaking for yourself. From what I can see, medics here will do everything to keep you alive as long as possible, regardless of your wishes and when it's time for me to go I would very much like to avoid all that- as I can in the UK. So, is this possible in Argentina or do I have to make sure I only fall sick in dear old Blighty? Thanks!
