AeroBed or inflatable mattress?

I need to buy an inflatable mattress (full or queen) for house guests. I have looked everywhere without success. Can you help?

I have seen them at Coto and Carrefour and bought my own from mercadolibre, it should not be hard to find. You have to buy the hand pump too though, I have never seen the ones like AeroBed that inflate themselves.

I think that mine has an electric pump, but it's at my old apartment and I bought it from a friend (who had used it only once or twice) and so I don't know where to even tell you to go.

I got mine in Coto on Salguero and Honduras, along with a hand pump. I'm not sure if they still have them though.
