Agency For Domestic Help

I would love recommendations for a good agency to supply domestic help and would want the agency to handle the taxes/fees - if this even exists? I want to do everything "en blanco" (I could be using that incorrectly) and only need someone for a couple hours a day until we move into our permanent apartment. Currently in Palermo.

Appreciate the guidance. New here and am still trying to figure out how things are done.
