Andesmar Bus Change?

We're trying to plan a trip to Patagonia at the moment and have booked a bus route with Andesmar.

However, we now want to change where we are going! Does anyone know if you can transfer bus tickets with Andesmar??

From the Andesmar website:

14- RETURNS AND CHANGES: Tickets purchased through Internet or Call Center of Ticket Online may only be changed or returned through the same means and paying the corresponding penalties, calling 0261-4122710 or 011-63853031 (0054 261 4122710 from outside Argentina) or sending the ticket to [email protected] asking for the return or change

Best bet is to head back to the ticket office as soon as possible, worst case you probable get a 50% refund on your ticket then have to buy another?
