Anyone found/have Lactaid pills?

Hi Everyone,
I'm desperately looking for some Lactaid pills or other dairy digestive supplement to help my girlfriend enjoy the last month of her vacation here. We haven't been able to find ANY in pharmacies and from what I hear they do not exist in BA.

Have any of you been able to find them? If not, does anyone have an extra stash they would be willing to part with? I'll pay!

Shot in the dark, but I thought I'd try.

Lactofin Nutira are Spanish Mexican makes but I don't know if they import them. If you speak Spanish have a word in a good pharmacy asking for lactasa. You might get it as a generic instead of Lactaid.
