I am one of the crazy ones looking to buy here. I am looking for a nice 3-4 bed property, preferably in a Barrio Cerrado (or at least a very safe location), in or around the Punta Chica area (San Isidro/San Fernando). Can pay overseas, can avoid any unnecessary hassle/costs. So, if you are looking to sell up and move out, protect your USD etc, maybe this is a good opportunity.
