I'm renting out my apartment for 3 months (December, January and February). If you rent it for a month or two, the price is 900 per month, if you rent it for the 3 months it is 800 (see below) It is in Palermo, 2 blocks from the subway 4 from Armenia Square and 8 from Plaza Serrano, it has a balcony (with a hammock) with a really nice view. It is very well-lit, natural light almost all day there. One bedroom, one living room, a bathroom (with bath), a kitchen and a laundry room. There’s a king size bed in the bedroom and a futon for 2 people. It’s ideal for a couple, but there’s sleeping room for 4.
It has all appliances (air conditioner, wi-fi, microwave, freezer, Tv, dvd player). You can use my bike and computer if you want to.
A cleaning service is included, but I can discount it if you don’t want it.
