I moved out from my old place and would like to recommend it, and perhaps someone is looking for a sunny bright place in Buenos Aires:
Palermo Chico, Republica de la India
1 living room with a small kitchenette, bathroom with bath tube, dormitory with a double bed. It comes furnished starting from a sofa up to the plates. Floor heating, very clean, balcony, 12th floor directly overlooking the zoo, and yes, it is quite sunny. 2 weeks ago the whole apartment was painted. Very nice and relaxed duena. It has a doorman, who works a few hours a day and had always been very helpful. But, it comes with no fancy stuff: no cleaning, no gym, no pool - just, so that you would know.
700$ + expensas (house 500pesos + rest 250pesos incl. gas/phone/internet (I had 3megas=150pesos) etc. )
+ fee estate agent (I know! silly)
+ deposit
-/+ the guarantia might be discussed, if you are willing to pay a higher deposit
2 year contract
+ ready to move in
