An English-speaking porteño friend is looking for a roommate in his flat on Charcas. He has a 2-bedroom, 1-bath flat that was totally renovated a year ago with new kitchen and bath, new hardwood floors throughout, individually-controlled A/C and heat in each room, working gas fireplace, and lots of light. The apartment is a 2nd-floor walkup in a small residential building. The available bedroom has French doors onto a small balcony, but its [very large] closet is in the hallway outside the bedroom.

He prefers to let to someone who's here 3 months or longer. It's available immediately.

It's still available. I think his last roommate was paying something like USD 300 per month.
