Hello, I have a friend that wants to travel to New York City in either April or May of 2010 for about 2 weeks. He has a 1 bedroom apartment here in Capital Federal (Villa Urquiza) that he would like to swap for a place in NYC for the equivalent amount of time.

Buenos Aires apt is as follows:
Living Room / Dining Room Combo

Bedroom
1 toilette
1 Full bathroom with bath and shower
Balcony
7th Floor (Elevator)
New Building (1 year old)
Wifi, Cable TV
Electric heating and air conditioning
Queen Size Bed
Villa Urquiza, close to train (to Retiro) and Subte Linea B
2 persons max
