Apartments Wanted In Or Near Belgrano Near 20 December

Hi all, I may have a lead on several groups of visitors from the US to Buenos Aires for about a week centered around December 20th because we're having our wedding there then. Their lengths of stay may vary as may their exact arrival and departure dates. I'm also not yet sure how many people and groups we're talking about but I should soon. Many will be looking for vacation rental style lodgings, like if someone was traveling for the holidays and wanted an airbnb style arrangement. The preferences for barrios are:

1. Belgrano
2. Palermo
3. Recoleta
4. Anywhere near the above and safe.

If you have a place that will be available, know someone who does, or can recommend decent affordable hotels in those areas, I'd really appreciate it if you let me know.
