Cecilia Varela is my architect. 80% of the photos on her site are from the work she did on my various properties. She is an architect and interior designer and can do your whole project. I've done so much work with her I think I've basically sent her kids though school, hahah.
She is honest and hardworking. Not much English, but she makes a real effort. I started working with her before I spoke Spanish fluently and we still managed to communicate.

Guido has done 3 major reconstructions for me in recent years, and he's worked for several friends of mine as well, all with great results. He's a good designer and the best builder I've met or heard of in BsAs. His charges are low-to-fair, and he works very fast.
