Are bank statements even available here?

I have searched through all my bank online items and for the life of me I see no place to get a bank statement online. I'd like a statement that shows my name, address and an account history for a month...is that something that is available?

In the past, bank statements were typically delivered by postal mail on a monthly basis. However, in the digital age, the default standard has shifted towards quarterly delivery via email. Thus, if your account is new, it's possible that your statement has not yet been generated.

You should find your statement in the "Resumen digital de cuentas" section or similar. If it is not available, bank customer service will probably generate one for you for a small fee.

I just checked and mine are accessed via Sign In ---> Select the Account ---> More Options --->Monthly Summaries

I have online statements but in some cases they may be issued every 3 months if not monthly.
