Are the interest free payments worth while

We're considering making a large purchase using either by the 18 month no interest plan that Mercado Libre offers or by buying from a dealer using blue pesos. If inflation is 4,5,6% per month my gut says that an 18 month free interest payout would be better but I don't remember enough algebra to prove it.
Has anyone done this analysis? .

Unless there is a discount/lower price for paying in cash/via transferencia, it's almost always worth paying in interest free cuotas.
