Are there still cuevas in Buenos Aires

Im just curious...
Where do I get my US changed? In the local bank or are there still cuevas out there?

There will always be Cuevas in BA even if the Blue Rate is lower than the Cambio Official. For the Official you need ID, and to line up at a Bank or Casa de Cambio. The owners of undeclared " Platas en Negro" will always want to be under the Radar at a Cueva... ;)
