To encourage investments, Argentina will not require visas to OECD member countries....

.....The measure is valid when the entry to the country is made on a temporary basis and for a term of up to 90 days and will start to take effect after 10 days of publication in the Official Gazette.

Huh? How many of these countries' citizens presently require a visa for Argentina? Aren't most if not all these countries exempt already?

Does this also include the (abolition of) the reciprocity fee for Canada and Australia? In which case:
  1. That would answer the first question but would be a remarkably roundabout way of saying "we've cancelled the reciprocity fee";
  2. It's about ####ing time.
