According to Abram, the Central Bank has "a very expansive monetary policy, since most of the year issued pesos at inter-annual rates above 30%, but we still have high interest rates."
In radio statements, the economist also warned that "there is a lot of credit, but the deposits are not enough to feed those loans."
"The problem we are having is that we have a state in its three levels with excess spending, and that makes them have a deficit, that we have to finance in some way and that is why debt is placed," he said.
He added: "The State does not have enough to take almost all the credit to finance the expenditure, it places debt abroad and brings all those dollars to sell in the local market, and that is where the price of the dollar begins to fall."
