BONAR: a GoA dollar denominated bond issued under domestic law. The GoA first issued the
Bonar V (with a five year maturity) in March 2006. The GoA subsequently extended the
maturity, issuing the Bonar VII (7-year maturity). ("Bono de la Nación Argentina.")
