A Rio Grande based judge has issued a $US 156 million embargo against 4 companies actively exploring for oil and gas on The Falkland Island continental shelf

As none of the companies operate in Argentina how they will actually enforce the embargo remains to be seen....

But there is judicial precedent! http://www.bbc.com/news/world-africa-19827562

CFK is trying anything and everything before she leaves office, if she is leaving!

is what they should do if they want the islands.

Any final decision about the falklands would be horrible - you'd need a completely new fantasy to deflect from the countries' problems. Keeping it an open issue just "helps" much more by keeping the propaganda machine running.
We all know if they lost they would still keep on about it.

Dont worry , they have plenty of other land disputes they can move onto afterwards to deflect any problems.

I don't see how this can possibly be enforced without getting really messy.
