hello! my boyfriend is german an wants to live in Buenos Aires, is it such a thing as a visa for boyfriend..?

.....or be a legitimate student, have a job offer from a company authorised to hire overseas workers or have a verified source of independent income. Tell him to look up the website of the Argentine Consulate in Berlin where all the visa categories and conditions are listed. Good luck!
