Anyone interested having a kick sometime?! I have a sherrin and plenty of parks in Palermo.
Ideally, in the future I would like to get a core group together to have 9 a side games every so often...but poco y poco steps :)

What's different, other than having 9 players?

Exactly the same rules, just with 9 players. 3 forwards, 3 mid, 3 backs.

Having set up a team in northern England and China, most comps there play 9 a side because 1) Lack of numbers 2) there's no oval footy pitches anywhere so we usually use rugby pitches so with the smaller field, fewer numbers make it a better game. (and encourages the locals to join without thinking they'll get their heads knocked off with so many players on the pitch)

Yes!

I would love to have a kick mate, I've been trying to source a sherrin since day zero. It's like trying to buy a cricket bat!

I was looking for a team or something a few months ago, but seems that the league they had here dissolved about 4 years ago.

I would love the chance to shake the shake the rust off, let me know.
