Do these monthly salary’s look somewhat accurate to you? I am baffled by the actual cost of living estimate.

That sounds right, except the min is pretty low, I think
even maid is making more than that, but outside BsAs very likely.
I have a friend who is a school principal, she is making 25-30k,
and many teachers make 10k-20k.
But the income changes all the time with the crazy inflation.
I remember in 2005, an Argie friend who was educated in US,\
and came back and worked for an US credit card company,
he was making 5-6k, he was very happy. We went out wine
and dine all the time at clubs.
 
The legal min is around 3000 per month so it is off, the average is too high and the max is low.
