Back to buenos aires wich cheap electronics stuff

I am currently based in Europe, about to return to Bs As
Before returning to South America, I am about to choose a trip destination for tourism purposes, also for buying quality electronic stuffs (Proyector, smart phone..) does anyone know where I could travel to get cheap quality electronic items while I am on tour (Dubai, Singapore, HK?)

I am aware of potential risks at the Arg. Customs, but that does not stress me at all.
