Just in case I ever get homesick: where in Buenos Aires can I have a Belgian beer, other the Hoegaarden or Leffe?

Thx!

You should be glad to find out 2 belgian brands of beers here!... but I think you shouldnt ask for another one!. Quilmes its the best! take that. The other ones are not so good: guiness, heniken, etc.

Quilmes is not bad at all, but I'm sorry to hear you think it is the best, you have no idea what you are missing out on:) I hope you ever get to try Westmalle, Kwak, Kasteelbier, Delerium Tremens, Chimay, Westvleteren or any other of the hundreds of different Belgian beers. Cheers.

Here: http://www.cruzatba.com/

Sarmiento 1617 (Near Callao & Corrientes)

Page 4 of "Nuestras Cervezas" lists:

Duvel (golden ale)
Maredsouss (blonde & brune)
Leffe (blonde & brune)
Chimay (rubia, roja, & negra)

They might have even more. All in bottles. You're welcome.
