Bersuit Concert Free Mañana to Support El Borda

Just wanted to let you all know there will be a free concert tomorrow featuring La Bersuit, one of Argentina's most popular rock bands.

The concert is to support Hospital Borda and bring attention to its cause.

As many of you know, the hospital is located on valuable land. The city wants to kick out the patients and convert the hospital into a cultural center. It is a shame because El Borda has received worldwide recognition for its facilities and the creativity of its patients.

This isn't getting much diffusion, so I hope at least some of you will come out enjoy a free concert and support 'los loqueros.'

A great cause! La Borda does a lot of good work and is open to the community (ie, you can visit whenever you want). And if you want to get your teeth fixed, they also have a dentist that serves the community. There is never much wait, because most people don´t want to get their teeth fixed in a mental hospital.

Thanks Montauk. I hear tale of the dentistry but don't know much about it. If the city suceeds in their plans these folks are going to be in a bad state because they really need someone to oversee their treatment.
