Best place for Bday party for 100 people (3 of us)?

Three of us share a Bday and are looking for a place to have it on the May 25th weekend. It's a holiday but we are doing it on the sat night 26th...and remember it will be a lil' colder that time of year.
Prefer a bar that can handle serving drinks quickly and not get bottlenecked. Nothing worse than having to wait 30min everytime you want to get a drink... especially on yer Bday!

age group for most of the crowd will be late 20's and early-mid thirties...

between us we should be around 100 guests...so looking for a place that would accommodate, but not necessarily be a "private function."

any suggestions to add to the following (which I already know first hand)?

3) Caracas
