Best Place To Buy Electronics (& Headphone Recommendation)?

Hi Everyone,

Knowing the electronics situation in Argentina sucks, I came here with everything I (thought) I'd need and haven't had to purchase anything yet.

I need to get a good/quality/sexy/life-changing headset that I can use for Skype calls (my new apartment is a stone tunnel and it sounds like I'm in the bat cave when I'm on a call).

1. What electronics store(s) are the best? (I live near Plaza Italia but am willing to travel).
2. Any recommendations on a good headset that cancels out external microphone noise?
