Best place to buy wine?

As the weekend approaches, I'm interested to get suggestions on the best places to buy wine here. Of course the local "chinitos" throw up some good deals and the supermarket chains run specials than can be decent, and yes there's always Mercado Libre. But I'm interested to hear if people have unearthed specific distributors or wine shops with a good range AND good prices. A lot of the bigger wine shops/distributors have a good range, but aren't particularly competitive on pricing.

The best I have found so far is CBGB (https://cbgbdistribucion.com.ar/home). Good range and prices beat just about anywhere I can find. Enotek (https://enotek.com.ar/) also has some good deals under their "promociones vigentes".

Any others out there worth checking? Cheers!

I like to buy wines in small wineshops. You get better wines, support small bodegas and get help from the seller (I for example don't know much a bout wines). Or the logic is, you get a better wine for the same price than in a chino (wines that don't enter the gondola). Cambalache Vinos in Villa Crespo is a good one for example.

I've found Tonel Privado (https://www.tonelprivado.com/) to be pretty good, it's a while since I've been to their shop (in Belgrano, it was just a block away), but they always had offers, and a good wine selection, some also imported.

Zetta (https://www.zettabebidas.ar/) is also good, though less for wine, more for other drinks.

Thanks, I hear you on small wineshops - accessing/supporting small bodegas and getting personalised support. I don't know about getting better wines, but yes if you don't know much about wine they are your best bet. It would be great to see a distributor that specialises in small bodegas.

Thanks, TP indeed has a great range and great shops, but I find their prices are hugely inflated and their offers aren't really worth it. In many cases CBCG's prices are about half those of TP. That's the difference between a distributor with multiple shops (TP) versus one with just a warehouse (CBCG). Low overheads!

My favorite is a road trip to the winery/s. Take a tour, a tasting, and buy a few cases. Fun times and bring some home!! I'd love to find a good distributor, or even retailer, but even if/when I find one, I'll still be pining for a winery trip! My spanish isn't great so much is lost on me in the tours, but it's still a good time!!

That's a very good idea, you can also order online from some of the wineries.

Thanks Lex for the CBCG link, I'll check them out. About Mercadolibre, it's easy to use and get delivered, but sometimes they have a shocking markup. I ordered a dashcam yesterday, it would have been 50-100% more expensive on ML.
