I am from Greece and since betting on betting exchanges is illegal here i wonder if it is possible to bet on betting exchanges from Buenos Aires? I consider myself as an expert in betting and i could definitely do it for a living.The problem is that you are not allowed to bet on exchanges from a number of countries in Latin America like Colombia for example. The only country that i know exchanges are legal is Chile but i don't like the country so much. Can someone confirm me that the following link is working from BA ?

By the way is there any area in BA where i can get an internet connection of 50 Mbps or more?
