What is the current Oct. 17/2019, Blue Dollar Rate in Cuevas , Mi Cueva is offering $60? per dollar. Any ideas of actual operations? (hearsay doesn't count)

As of 12:15 pm, Ambito online now quotes $6l.50 / $64.50
I haven't changed dollars in a couple of months, but the last time I did I went to three different cuevas to try and get a rate close to the Ambito Blue quote and all three had the same rate as the Ambito bank quote. I read a couple of days ago that the Cuevas are giving a higher rate with anticipation of higher demand between now and the election. I think $60 is probably a decent rate for today if you can get it.

Anybody know of any "market rate" cuevas in the Belgrano area? My usual go to spots in the Barrio Chino are about 3 to 4 pesos short of the Ambito market rate quote
