All morning trips cancelled due to strong winds, in MVD conditions are much harder sometimes ropes are needed to cross downtown streets .. Colonia and MVD Ports may be closed. Winds in Colonia 80 KM/h

mind you once in 2014 the Buquebus Atlantis III went all the way to Colonia but couldn't moor due to the strong winds, they came back to BA..... Plop
