Bus From Punta Arenas To Ushuaia?

Has anyone taken the bus from Punta Arenas to Ushuaia? We are going south at the end of the year, flying to El Calafate, bus to Torres del Paine, on to Punta Arenas then fly back from Ushuaia. I am curious about the route the bus takes to get from Punta Areans to Ushuaia. I can find bus companies and prices, but not the route. I have looked at other threads and found great information, but not the answer to this particular question. Also any info on Puerto Williams is welcome - worth going to?

I've not taken that exact route but have done Rio Gallegos to Ushuaia. It leaves Punta Arenas, heading north, crosses the Magellan Strait by ferry and once on Tierra del Fuego heads south and after about 2-3 hours of gravel road enters Argentina and rejoins Ruta 3 - passing through Rio Grande & Tolhuin on its way to Ushuaia.
