Buying dollars

I see a lot of threads here asking the best place to swap dollars for pesos.

I have a slightly different requirement: I need $1,000 in cash.

I have a UK bank account and don't particularly want to withdraw ARS and then swap for $$$, as most ATMs only allow me to withdraw ARS 4,000 a time and hit me with a ARS 400 charge.

I've heard there are places I can bank transfer $$$ and then receive them in cash for a fee of around 2-5 percent, but not sure where to start. Any ideas?

I would give you a UK account to transfer £ to, would convert to USD at a competitive rate, and give you the cash here less a small fee.
