Can MERCOSUR citizens bring their household goods in duty free?

Does anyone know if the Mercosur (Mercosul) agreement allows the members to bring their household goods duty free into Argentina? My girlfriend and I may move there from Brazil. I am a USA Citizen, she is Brazilian.

Also, does anyone understand all of the articles of the Mercosur agreement that a member citizen will enjoy?
