Can renista visa holder apply for citizenship after 2 yrs. of living in Argentina

I plan to move to Argentina, and honestly, my goal is to obtain Argentina passport after 2yrs. of living there in renista visa, I have passive income by stock investment and interest from sufficient cash deposited in a bank in my country. How long does it take to get approved of renista visa, my passport can enter Argentina without visa and stay there for 90 days. Also, I need to bring my 2 children with me. Thanks.
