Can someone please tell me how to make a collect call?

I am trying to call citibank, they say to call collect i dont know how.

Just call the collect number...

You will still have to pay for it but it works.

that is the number for citicards not citbank, but they managed to get me over there.. thanks

fyi, this works some of the time.. for some reason, they say citi doesn´t accept collect calls, which is stupid, because i spoke to them 3 times yesterday, using the same #... go figure.

Dial 0008, then wait for the operator to pick up and say that you want to call collect.

If the Arg. operator comes back and says that number does not accept collect calls, tell her/him that you just called collect, and ask them to try again. Some US operators don't recognize collect numbers.
