Hi:

I used their 0-800-222-1004 for years to charge to a calling card, .. and also to call Canada collect.

Since about 4 months or so, I never got beyond the first few steps of the answering machine. For example: always get disconnected before I can reach an operator.

Did any one experience the same ?
Has this service been switched to another 800 number ?
Or has it been completely replaced with another service ?
Or if there is another service that I´m not aware of that will allow me to do the same ?
