Cell Phone Question

We've had a couple of chips cut down to size. So far no one has had the tool to do it properly where we've gone to have it done, though they've managed to do it without ruining the card. But you sure think they'd just buy the cutter...

there are 3 kinds of sim card in terms of size, regular, small(micro) and nano.
if your phone needs a nano card, it's pretty hard to cut it from small to nano.
but it's easy to cut from regular to micro.

Its just as easy to cut from regular to nano as it is from regular to small. Regardless I can attest to personal having nano sims for sale as prepaid.

I went ahead an bought the cutter.
Hopped down to Azcuenaga and Corrientes and spent 10-20 minutes visiting galerias before finding one that would sell me one.

And I can recommend a shop in Belgrano that does have a cutter - and can do any other conceivable repair for cell phones.

I do not use a cellphone nor do I know if 5G technology has arrived in Argentina, but I want to share what I found about 5G wireless. This is the reason I do not have a cell.

You may have heard of 5G, it stands for fifth-generation cellular wireless. In a February 2019 US Senate hearing, the wireless industry was forced to admit they have no safety studies on 5G, and don’t plan to do any. Meanwhile, there are thousands of independent studies concluding that wireless radiation causes biological harm.

Despite this, the wireless industry is working with government to deploy 5G — it’s a global, for-profit, human experiment… without our consent.

What does it mean? Millions of “small” cell towers will be added to every block (which is a serious privacy concern). Each tower emitting radiation at levels known to cause cancer, sterility, DNA damage and other harm… especially to our children, who are most at risk.
