Cellulite Massages/Treatments?

Hey ladies. I have heard that there are some massage style treatments that help with cellulite and are quite popular in certain portena circles. In fact, I know there is one person renown in Recoleta that a portena friend said is no longer taking new clients. I worked with one gal in Almagro that was great (and cheap) and I noticed results, but she has had to stop her business for a while and care for her ill daughter.

So, since I moved here two years ago my legs have gone through a drastic change (likely due to more sugar intake than in the US) and I'm in search of anything in addition to obvious methods (lots of water, eating right, and exercise) to help.

Anyone come across a secret weapon or fabulous treatments?
