Changing Euros In Tucuman?

Is it easy to change euros for a good rate in Tucuman? I have some friends travelling there in a few days, should they change all their money downtown now or can it be done there? Thanks!
 
my advise would be to do it here, or take USD. When I was there a few weeks ago I didn't see many places to change for dollars (at the blue rate) maybe someone knows a place or two, but I walked around with friends for a bit and didn't notice any, though I wasn't looking for them at the time.
 
If you are in BsAs and want to change Euros or U$S, do it here.

The blue exchange rates in the provinces are below those of BsAs, e.g. when in BsAs 1 U$S = AR$ 8.70, in Mendoza it's AR$ 7.90; Euro 11.30 vs. 10.10
