Changing pesos to dollars in EZE?

Does anyone know if you can change pesos to dollars (or any useful currency) when leaving the country at EZE? Or is there anywhere that will change pesos anymore?
I know that the recent devaluation has made it nearly impossible to buy dollars here... but if I have extra pesos I want to change when leaving the country, what should I do?

Do you keep the receipt when you have changed the money?
If yes, you can, but you do not do it, if the amount is less than 200 pesos.

In theory you should be able to exchange pesos at the airport with a receipt from when u you exchange US$ for pesos or withdrew from ATM.
However in practice this isnt easy. I meet a few people in march in colombia who couldnt change anything at EZE and were stuck with peso - so i am guessing it is harder now. They were told by the banks and cambios they they dont buy pesos.

So my advice is sell before you get to airport.
