I tried posting this earlier but for some reason it didn't show up...

In case anyone is looking for a chiropractor I'd highly recommend Birgit Brunshøj.

I received an emergency adjustment from her after a neck injury. I later went back to see her for a more thorough evaluation and treatment.

I’m a serious athlete so am particular about who I see for “repairs and maintenance”. I get frustrated when specialists don’t listen, value my experience or think about how various symptoms might be connected.

I found her approach to be holistic, taking into account my current symptoms and medical history along with what she found in her exam. She works WITH patients to develop a plan to get better. Her mentality is that if she does her job you shouldn’t need to keep seeing her long term.

For my treatment she did several adjustments and some acupuncture. The initial session took about an hour and I had one short follow up. I have referred friends and teammates, all of whom have been happy with her services!

It was also a relief to find a health provider who it was easy to communicate with. Because she speaks english and has a background in dance/athletics she was able to understand my specific concerns.

Here is her website: https://sites.google.com/site/chiropractorbirgitbrunshoj/

Feel free to PM me if you have questions or would like other references for her.

Thanks for the recommendation. I've been looking for a chiropractor in Buenos Aires for a while now. Never found anyone who had the same kind of training as the chiropractors in the US.
