Hi. Anyone know where to find a good baked ham or ham I can bake? Most all jamon cocido I've seen in a large piece is the processed rectangular stuff - not exactly Christmas material. Thanks!

Go to any good butcher store ( Mercado de Belgrano, www.delicateses.com.ar etc ) and get " pata de jamon " or " jamon entero " with or w/o the bones.
