How do you get your ad to show a thumbnail? I can insert and image, etc but there is no way in hell I can find the option to add the thumbnail!!! Please help me before I snap!

I just did it, twice. when you post your text (like on Craigslist) you have the option to attach a photo, or multiples, at the lower right. It looks like this:
